Flexible Contract Types to fit your Needs
We will work with your business on any of the following employment arrangements.
1099-IND (Contractor)
- Pay as you go pricing, no minimum hour commitment.
- Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, benefits, and insurance.
- Part-time, budget focused.
- Flexible for both company and contractor. Good for hourly consulting with no long-term intent.
W-2 Employee (FT)
- Contractor hired as an employee of your company.
- Your company withholds taxes and may provide benefits.
- Full-time W-2 (standard employment, usually 30–40 hrs./week with benefits).
- Good for role-based demands of your company, more long-term intention, potentially leading to permanent employment.
Corp-to-Corp (C2C)
- 2G Data LLC is contracted as a corporate entity, functioning in the capacity of a subcontractor or designated partner.
- Your company pays 2G Data LLC.
- Contractor is paid by 2G Data LLC.
- Common in IT consulting when C2C is required by your business.
Services are billed monthly at the 2G weekly rate for the subcategory of services performed at the actual time of service. We do not outsource or subcontract your project. All projects are developed within our group in the United States.
